シンプルなヘルメットにさりげない装飾性を加えるバイザーです。
固いプラ芯ではなく、敢えて革靴に使用される芯地を重ねて使用する事でレザーの風合いを活かした自然でしなやかな曲線に。
規則的で細かなステッチが特徴の機械ミシンを敢えて使用することで、無骨な素材選びに対し綺麗な見た目に仕上げました。
さらに片側にのみアクセントとしてフラワースタッズを施し、中世的で幅広いスタイルにハマるバイザーが完成しました。
工程を増やし、手間をかける事で通常の1.5倍のオイルを含んだ、日本産茶芯プルアップレザーを使用。
しっとりとしたタッチとエイジングが進むにつれ下地のブラウンが露出するヴィンテージアメリカンライクな風合いが楽しめます。

This is an original leather visor for any motorcycle, manufactured with the official approval of TT&CO.
This visor adds a subtle touch of decoration to a simple helmet.
Instead of a rigid plastic core, we intentionally used a layered interlining material typically used in leather shoes, resulting in a natural and supple curve that highlights the texture of the leather.
By deliberately using a machine sewing machine with regular, fine stitching, we achieved a clean finish despite the rugged material.
Furthermore, a flower stud is added as an accent on one side, creating a visor that is both classic and versatile, suitable for a wide range of styles.
By increasing the number of processes and taking extra time, we used Japanese-made brown-core pull-up leather that contains 1.5 times the amount of oil as usual.
You can enjoy the moist touch and the vintage American-like texture as the brown base color is revealed as it ages.
