This is an original leather visor for any motorcycle, manufactured with the official approval of TT&CO.
This visor adds a subtle touch of decoration to a simple helmet.
Instead of a rigid plastic core, we intentionally used a layered interlining material typically used in leather shoes, resulting in a natural and supple curve that highlights the texture of the leather.
By deliberately using a machine sewing machine with regular, fine stitching, we achieved a clean finish despite the rugged material.
Furthermore, a flower stud is added as an accent on one side, creating a visor that is both classic and versatile, suitable for a wide range of styles.
By increasing the number of processes and taking extra time, we used Japanese-made brown-core pull-up leather that contains 1.5 times the amount of oil as usual.
You can enjoy the moist touch and the vintage American-like texture as the brown base color is revealed as it ages.
